Hi Patrick!

I'm using the "mobile" (online) control panel of version 7.0.2.7 of LiveZilla.

When an user enters the chat, the previous chats and tickets (history) from this same user aren't been listed in the side panel. I already checked and their are using the same e-mail address. Please, can you try to reproduce this issue?

Hi Fabio,

It's currently not searching for the visitors email.

The history is purely based on the session id stored in the visitors cookie.
