Chat transfer/ticket/email to wrong operators

We have 32 operators and 6 groups,out of that only 2 groups have operators under it.Lately our livezilla system is misbehaving.Following scenarios occurred.

1.When operator A finished a chat, chat transcript was send to operator B!!

2.When operator A transfer chat to operator B , chat is going to a third person

3.A ticket has been submitted, ticket went to a group which has no operator under it.

Aso,there's a gossip running around office that some of operators did some trick and they are getting all chats! but none of them have admin rights.


Please look into all 4 issues mentioned above.

Our Livezilla version is 5.4.0.2
