Problems With Livezilla App on iPhone and iPad

We have just started using Livezilla and as a previous client a few years back, already know what a great bit of kit it is.

We have been experiencing some issues on the app however, which we have had employees using in the evening. On two occasions, the app appears to be repeating messages our employees are sending, but also not displaying some messages back to the user.

In the transcript below, you can see our employee's outgoing message was repeated. Also, the message from the client at 23:01:25 was not shown to our employee.

We know about these issues and they will be solved in the next major update.

this issue has actually been there since version 5
