How to translate "We are here to help" floating button ?

Hi,

I can't find how or from where to translate header text "We are here to help" in floating button v2.

Any solution ?

Hi,

I;ve updated livezilla to vers. 7.x and now I have the same problem with We are online! Please type your message or comment and we will connect you to one of our operators right away message.

Who to change it? I have Romanian language everywhere..

Hello there,

You can change this via Translation Editor.
When you go to the Translation Editor you can search the the phrase or word you want to change by using the search bar. Afterwards you can edit it in the "translation" column.
Please make sure that you are searching the right tab, meaning that every phrase that only appears in the LiveZilla Client can be found under "Client (Operators)" and every phrase that is displayed in the frontend can be found under "Server (Customers)".

oh, i missed that tab with server, i added romanin only in client tab.
It works fine now.
