Log ticket creation if ticket comes from offline web message

I found that the ticket auto-generated from offline message is creted in file objects.global.users.inc.php in function SaveTicket.
This function does not produce an entry in the log table and the ticket has no history in client window.

I put this for logging:


    function SaveTicket($_group,$_country,$_cmb=false,$_custom=true,$_url="",$changed=false)
	    $group = $GROUPS[$_group];

Any better choise instead of "extern"? Maybe a refference to an existing visitor/user/etc.?
