Hi,

I'm using Livezilla for a moment but I never found any possibility to automatically close chat when a customer is inactive.
When will you provide this feature ? It's a must-have to reduce livechat human costs and to offer better availability to customers.

Hi Mr6,

Thanks for suggesting this.

The reason why it wasn't added is that it was never actually requested before. I totally understand that this is super important for you but other seem to feel different about it. I personally, would not want to close chats unless I close them manually.

Anyway, this definitely makes sense as an optional configuration and I added it to our list.

Thanks again for suggesting.

This new feature extends the auto replies of internal elements (operators and groups) and can only be accessed through the windows client software.

LiveZilla Client -> Operators -> Group / Operator -> Right Click -> Auto Replies.

I agree with you, it's a little hidden.

It would be great to be able to set it in different languages as it does not seem possible for now (unless I missed it).
That way visitor would receive message in his own language only. As a work around I have set it in 2 main languages in the same message but that does not look very good.

Hi,

There's a language configuration already.

Please check and double check the first tab of the Auto Reply form.

Hmm I see, thanks but 1 question then.
Let's say I write 3 translations, one in english, one in fench and 1 is spanish.

How do I make the english version apply to other languages? Or even better can I disable other languages so users are forced to en/fr/es ?

Just create one entry with no language, that will be the default that is used when no other entry matches the visitors language.
