One Visitor Chat with Three Operator?

Hello,

Today our chat staff send me this screenshot,
chat team asking me why one visitor chat going to all three operator screen same time,
kindly advice what is problem and how to identify this problem.

Hi Manoj K. Chauhan,

If you prefer to not offer the chat to all operators but allocate it to the operator with the lowest chat load instead please configure it here:

LiveZilla Server Admin -> Server Configuration -> Chats
