Hi, I am new to LiveZilla and as I am using free portable version of it,
I want to know how can we disable all the monitoring, statistics and any extra information that is being collected by liveZilla.

What I want is, simply respond to all users with bot feeds expressions.
As my main task is to respond users by feeds only all the other functionality's are increasing Database size and overheads because of which my server is crashing. So Please let me know is there any way that extra information is not maintained or how can I prevent my server crashing.

The error I receive when my server crash is :
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database: Could not connect to MySQL.

I think liveZilla slowly increases consuming all the resources such as RAM, CPU and crashes....
The MySQLd continuously writes some data to disk. After some limit it crashes.
Please give me solution for this..

Hi,

I think it's important to make clear that your server does not crash. There's a limitation regarding the resources you are allowed to use on your webserver. Low priced shared hosting plans are always more or less limited in terms of CPU time, connections and resources (that's the reason why they can be sold sold at such good conditions). The actual problem is a restriction in your hosting plan and the best (and only) solution would be an upgrade to a hosting plan that meets your requirements better.

The chat bot / virtual assistant is based on the overlay/onsite chat widget.
The overlay/onsite chat widget is in turn based on the visitor monitoring.

There's no way to use chat bots without visitor monitoring.

Earlier we had 1 GB RAM now we have increased it to 2 GB even after that it stopped working after a month.
Earlier there was an error within week or 10 days.

I think because of InnoDB its consuming more resources..
How do we have to do performance tuning is there any way to reduce unnecessary overheads??

The latest version 5.x does not require InnoDB any longer.
