Tracking completed cart after being in chat

I've been looking at the Events page, and am trying to set up so that LiveZilla records if a customer completes a checkout process after talking to an operator. However, under Conditions on Events, I only see "Visitor was not in chat before", and nothing for "visitor was in chat". Am I missing something obvious here, or will I need to do it via Google Analytics?

Hi,

I am sorry, there's currently no visitor was in chat critera.

However, you can add GA code to track that event under:
LiveZilla Server Admin -> User Management -> Groups -> Group -> Conversion Code

Hi patrick,

For this do we need to embed the whole code or just the conversion tracking lines since the ga code is embeded already on the first part of the site?
