Is it possible that you have deactivated javascript in your browser?

This only happens when javascript is deactivated. Feel free to post the browser and the browser version where it does not work.

Thanks.

Thanks for your return Patrick.

The LiveZilla keeps giving the same error in invitations to chat. I'm testing with browsers IE8, Firefox 16.0.2 and Chrome 22.0.1229.94m

All have javascript enabled. My version of LiveZilla is 3.3.2.2

I'm very inclined to switch to the paid version at 4x but first I would like to know if I will be able to resolve this problem as it is a function often used by operators.

Thank you Patrick

Well, likely that this problem is related to your version which is outdated for a while now. I cannot reproduce it in version 4.x.
