Ticket looses line breaks when cancel the preview

Hi!

I am using version 7.1.0.2 (last) and identify that tickets looses all line breaks when we cancel the preview. Is this a know issue?

Another "issue" I see in last versions is that most visitors (+95%) do not show up their region and city in the monitoring screen, only country. Geo Traking is activated in the settings.

Hi Fabio,

1.) I can't reproduce that issue. Line break are not dismissed, regardless how often I cancel the preview.

2.) I am not aware of this problem. As of 7.1.0.1 Geo Tracking database is included in your setup. Please make sure that all files from the setup are uploaded correctly and check the logs.

Hi Patrick,

1) I will send you in the e-mail a link to a Youtube *confidencial* video I recorded to reproduce the issue.

2) There is a file called GeoLite2-City.mmdb, with 56.482.235 bytes, in the "livezilla/_lib/trdp/geo" directory.

Maybe all this issues I am having are because I did not make a fresh install since maybe 2 or more years? Is there a way to backup only the chat and ticket database tables, and restore them in a fresh install?

Hi Fabio,

1.) You pasted HTML, what if you don't paste and just hit enter?

2.) Reinstall won't help, you will most likely have the same issue. There's must be some incompatibility with your server configuration, that's why I am asking for the logs.

We were able to reproduce the pasting issue and fixed the problem for the next update 7.1.0.3.

Hello Patrick,

Ok, great news! We are used to copy/paste from Notepad all the time.

Can I send the logs using the "Send" button in the Log screen, or do you prefer I send it by e-mail? There are some confidential information so I prefer not send here.

There's nothing in your LiveZilla logs that could be related.

What about your php / apache logs? Did you check?
