Hi,

it is only a little detail. But it bothers me, that the web client always scrolls to the end of a message, even if the message is very long.
This way, a user has to scroll up to the top of the message, because of course he wants to start reading at the top.
Is there an option to alter the behavior of the client to always jump to the start automatically? I wasn't able to find one.
Could such an option be added?

sorry you'r right. Chats on customer side. At least thats the use case that striked me.
