Hi,

The error message is not related to the problem.

Can you provide more details on this please?

Is your installation up-to-date? If not, please update to the latest release.

Thanks.

Hi,

yes, my version is 7.0.9.5 and PHP 7.1.16. I'm on shared server. Events were working fine till (not sure) maybe last update?

Do you need any more details?

Do I need to enable any specific PHP extension for that? It's strange because it was working as I recall.

Thanks for the info.

Please download and (re-)install this setup.

If that does not fix the problem, can you provide access to your install?

I've uploaded the files in the folder, but when I navigate to my livezilla installation it does not give me the update button. I guess it's because it's the same version?

You mean my admin credentials to access livezilla?

Ah, it works if I'm online. Can a BOT trigger the chat invite?

I would like to open the chat after a visitor spent some time on my site even with a bot.

Yes, you need to be online for chat invite events to fire.

Unfortunately, there's no option to interrupt bot chats from event level. You would need to grab the chat manually or switch the BOT to mode to "Offline Mode" when all chats will be forwarded once a human goes online.
