Default signature is incomplete

Hello,
after updating to version 7.0.9.3 we have noticed that our default signature on operator reply email is cut when composing a new ticket (and when previewing). Despite that, when checking on user management -> groups -> "segreteria" -> signatures, we can see the full signature. The issue is both on the app and on the web version; we have confirmed with customers that emails are actually received with the signature cut.
We attach screenshots that display the error.

Hi,

according to your screenshot it's related to the quotes.

Please replace " with " in your signature.
