Ticket Autoresponder - how it works?

when the Autoresponder mail is prepared and sent? When the incoming mail fetched from an mailbox, or when the ticked created / or opened?

If I sent a mail to the email what fetched by the Livezilla, or replay to a ticket message (subject with ticket ID), never comes automatic email from the delivery.

In the server settings there is checked the "Send Ticket Autoresponder email to user", the mail functions works fiine (in: local server with IMAP, out: PHPMail option).
Is there some another setting for this function?

OSX client app ver 1.2.3, and server

Yes, all settings right I think, the message receive (poll from a mailbox) and send (replay, etc.) works fine.
But when comes a mail in (a reply to a ticket, ID in the subject), nothing happend, not send mail.
