I get the attached windows randomly when I run livezilla client. Somedays I don't have any troubles at all, somedays the message pops up. The Message will re-popup forever. The only solution so far is a PC reboot.

Can someone tell me, what's the reason for this message?

Hi Duri,

Can you provide the APP / Server version you run? (Client Configuration -> About).

Can this be related to your Internet Connection?

Cheers.

We run the Windows Livezilla Client 1.2.3 with the Server 7.0.8.9 on a windows server 2012 R2. We run both client and server in the same LAN.

cheers

Thanks for the clarification.

We added some logging details to our latest build, can you please install this setup?

When the error occours again, you should get a better error code we can work with.

Thank you! :-P

We will install that build and report back when the error occurs again.

We installed the supplied build. Unfortunately, we do not receive any emails with this build, same issue with had before with 7.0.9.2 too. I can send mails and see them in the mailbox when I test mail but there are no emails showen inside livezilla.

After rollback to 7.0.8.9 mails working fine again. We don't know the reason for this yet.

Hope somebody have a idea.

Hi Duri,

This is not a known problem, we would need to have access to your 7.0.9.2 installation to investigate this problem.

Hi Patrick

Many thanks for your answer. Unfortunately I can't give you access to our Installation. We will investigate our self and hope to find a solution. Until than we stick with Version 7.0.8.9.

Today we have the new Version 7.0.9.4 installed. With this current version the email function works again. We will now see if the timeout still occurs.

Good morning

Just started work with livezilla and already had a timeout message again. This time I've got a error code too

Hope this helps to find the problem.

greetings
Roland

Hi Roland,

Perfect, that code helped a lot.

Issue should be fixed in the next update 7.0.9.5.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Patrick

We just installed 7.0.9.5 :-)
Of course I can't say anything about the timeout issue yet but there is a problem with mail attachments.

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mime_content_type() in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\kadiweb\livezilla\getfile.php:29
Stack trace:
#0 {main}
thrown in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\kadiweb\livezilla\getfile.php on line 29

Can you look into this?
BTW thanks for changed default view to HTML :-)

This looks like a side effect of the fix discussed here:
http://forums.livezi...-in-getfilephp/

Maybe your PHP does not define the function mime_content_type() ?
Are you on Windows?

Hi,

What's your PHP version?

According to the PHP docs mime_content_type should be available with any PHP install starting with PHP 5.3.

Ok, php_fileinfo is required on windows.

Can you add that module to your php.ini?

We will add a check for that.
