Disable Avatars in Chat & change background color of messages

Hi,

two more questions:

(1) is it possible to completely disable the Avatars (Operator and client) which are shown in the chat?

(2) is it possible to change the background-colors of the messages in the chat, according to who send them (either Operator or Client)? Would like to have two different colors, so the user better sees what the operator wrote.

Hi,

1.) No, you can't deactivate the avatars on customer side.

2.) Same. But that's why we use avatars, to make the posts distinguishable.
