Ticket Operator Reply Email

this is a question regarding the feature "Ticket Operator Reply Email", from User Management-> Groups -> Languages-> edit ->Emails.
What does it mean? Is it the email sent when a customer replies to an operator's email or what else is it used for?

Hi Tommaso,

That's the email template used when an operator sends an email (reply) to a customer (=outgoing email).
