When we import and create a ticket from an email, there are missing some specific characters in the subject. The MIME decoder function is wrong I think.

Email subject what is sent:
Start aéaÉaáaÁaűaŰ aőaŐaúaÚa aöaÖaüaÜaóaÓa aíaÍa 2 End

and the result in Livezilla client after a ticket creation:
Start aéaÉaáaÁaűaŰ aőaŐaúaÚa aö aaaaaa aaa 2 End

As you can see, there are missing these characters: Ö ü Ü ó Ó í Í

The source of the sent email (some private datas deleted):

From: xxxx
Subject: =?UTF-8?B?U3RhcnQgYcOpYcOJYcOhYcOBYcWxYcWwIGHFkWHFkGHDumHDmmEgYcO2?=
=?UTF-8?B?YcOWYcO8YcOcYcOzYcOTYSBhw61hw41hIDIgRW5k?=

Enviroment:
Livezilla server: 7.0.8.9 (Centos, Apache, MySQL)
Livezilla client: 1.2.2 (OSX)

Thank you!

Hi,

Is this a general issue or just a problem with one specific email?

Can you reproduce this when you send yourself an email?

Thanks.

Hi,

yes this problem always occured.

But it's weird, now I'm having all the accented Latin characters, not just the characters listed above.
If you give me a test incoming email address (what check a Livezilla system), I send to it an email what you will see the problem.

Thanks.

I sent it to myself too with bcc, and the result is :( :

As you can see, there are 2 different error, up in the list only the accented characters are missing, but the lower panel the whole first word missing.

It's related to your webserver configuration then.

Can you provide (FTP) access to your installation?
