We have noticed some strange behavior with our customer data.

It is passed to the chat via lz_data object. But it seems to be written to the wrong chat.

Some Customers have data in their Chat from other customers.

I don't know why, i can not find any relations.

How can i delimit the cause within livezilla?
Do you have any idea?

Additional Information:

It's definitely Livezilla causing this issue.

In the Visitor Tab of the Livezilla software i see a Customer which is no longer in the shop.
But the chat session seems to be taken over by one of our ip adresses (we have static ones and i know it when i see one of them).

Maybe there is a session related problem?

kind regards

Hi,

Please provide step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce this.

This is not a known issue and it can also be related to your pass-thru setup.

Hi Patrick,

thanks for answering.

I cannot provide a stepbystep guide. cause it is not reproduceable for me. one of my colleague had this, she said that there are data in her test chat which she has not filled in.
But i can not figure out whom session this was. I dont know how often it is, maybe one oder two times a day and we have thousands of visitors a day and 20-40 chats a day.

It is not reproduceable at all. I cannot tell how to reproduce that.

On our Website we have 3 Text Links and one lz_data element and one Script tag.

if the visitor is not logged in, the passthrough data is following:
lz_data = {0: "", 111: "", 112: "", 113: "", 116: "", overwrite: false, textlink: true};

otherwise data is filled and overwrite is set to true.

Currently used Version ist 7.0.8.8

kind regards
Thomas

We could address this issue, it seems to be a data provider in our shop.

Sorry for that mistake.
