Problems with Gmail for business

Everything was working until 2 days ago, been using LiveZilla from start of this year.
Suddenly Emails wont work anymore, i changed nothing, i didnt even login the server host for like 3 days before it happened.
It is a dedicated server on OVH, i talked to them they said they had no recent changes to anything.

Testing Outgoing gives me this error: Could not open socket.
Testing Incoming error: Cannot connect to host; error = (errno = 0)

In the log am flooded with lines like this
07.12.17 16:00:10 - Email Error #110: imap.gmail.com IMAP mailbox connection error: cannot connect to host; error = (errno = 0 )

Ports 465 and 993 are opened in firewall, as i said i changed nothing recently in any settings.

It's not a problem with LiveZilla then. Connection is blocked, either by your webserver (firewall etc.) or GMAIL.

Well i hope can help me a bit more than that, i tried for example to install Thunderbird and use same imap/smtp settings, it works just fine, i guess that excludes firewall/ports issue or gmail issue (running thunderbird on same server as livezilla server is installed).
I'm running it on xampp on a dedicated server, no hidden hosting settings or any.
I really dont know what to do with it anymore or how could have gone wrong as i didnt even touch this dedicated or its configs in weeks.
