Hello,
our company wants to modify the "additional text" that is displayed in the Eyecatcher in a way that the lastname is displayed too, currently only the firstname is displayed when the "standard" checkbox is checked. I tried to use placeholders that are described here : https://www.livezill...30fd3a8be134ba5 , but they dont work in the eyecatcher. Are there plans to implement this feature? Currently we let the lastname of our operators blank and fill in the complete name as firstname to workaround this problem, is there a better, less workaroundy solution to this ?

Hi Dennis,

Unfortunately, placeholders do not work if you configure a static text for the eye catcher in the link generator.

You will have to modify the translation file (Translation Editor -> Server -> Search for 'sub_text_personal') where you can use the placeholders <!--operator_firstname--> and <!--operator_name--> (= fullname).
