„Send“ Button for customer in chat window

Hi,
Is it possible to put a „send“ button for customers in the chat text field?
We‘ve tested the chat acceptance with an ux testing and some customers had a showstopper trying to send their chat text.
We‘re using the chat overlay widget V2.

also, the old generated "eye-catchers", even if set for dynamic code, don't work not even with the bottom button (it defaults to nothing, actually...that means clicking on the bottom button it just expands the buttons but it doesn't open the correct window, that is "leave a message" in this case)...so, please find a method to not be forced to update the widget code when you update the livezilla code.

p.s.: this happened one time...i don't know what's the reason, retried some time after and it doesn't happen anymore...so that's weird
UPDATE: it happens again, so it's a random behavior... sometimes it defaults to message and others it defaults to just expand the collapsed buttons

OK, also found here:

at the moment

- you click on the bubble, it defaults to chat
- you close the eye catcher bubble
- you click on the bottom button

result: it just expands the buttons and doesn't open the message window
