I found a bug with sub-status ticket count. I'm running Version 7.0.8.7 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS server with PHP 7.1 and MariaDB 10.1.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create ticket
2) Assign ticket to "In Progress" and then assign sub-status you created
3) Remove ticket by right-clicking on it and clicking "Remove" on the pop-up menu
4) Check on the left sidebar your custom sub-status will still show that it has the non-existing ticket inside. Click on it and it will not show that non-existant ticket. Therefore, a bug.

Hope this helps iron out the little bugs and make LiveZilla great!
