Hello,

I am using LiveZilla App 1.2.1 and after a LiveZilla 7.0.8.6 upgrade, I was having issues with caching and, in desperate need to clear all caching, I also pressed "Clear Local Data" in the LiveZilla App. I noticed that this had erased all of my introductory/closing phrases in the Ticket Reply composer.

I would like to suggest that this "client data" is saved on the server so that it carries over across LiveZilla apps and web-based console. The way it would work is when operator logs in, the console would download this data/preferences from the server and apply it to the operator's console.

Hi,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

LiveZilla already saves all phrases with your account on the server. It should download the data when signing off / on again.

I have created a bug report, we will try to reproduce the problem following your instructions.
