Hi

I was wondering, do Pending tickets auto close if no response is received for a certain duration?

Hi,

You can configure this in "Tickets > Close pending tickets after: X days"

Honestly, we don't like and have no use for this Pending status so is it possible to set Open as the Default instead of having to change it every time we send a reply in a ticket?

We tried setting the "Close pending tickets after" to 0 days to see if this would avoid tickets from going to that status but it doesn't help. Any intention of allowing us to set the default status we want instead of setting a new feature as default?

Hey,

we will add a new configuration allowing you can change the default post-reply status from pending to closed in 7.0.8.0.
