iPhone 6 Livezilla can't login

Hi,

I have downloaded the iphone app for both my phone and iPad, also for my laptop, all three are giving the same message of 'Wrong username or password'.

The setting I have are:

Profile Name - xxx
Server URL - https://www.mywebsite/livezilla
LADP - Not ticked
Save login data - Ticked
Username - Same as that used on PC which gives access
Password - Same as that used on PC whicvh gives access

Is their another setting I'm missing?

Any ideas how to fix this please.

Still not working, Ive downloaded the latest IPhone App version 1.4.3 but I get the error wrong username or password, I can login to the desktop fine with the same details.

Any pointers please :-)

Hi Ian,

Invalid / self-sign ssl certificate maybe?

What if you switch to HTTP?

Hi and thanks for helping,

Changing to HTTP generated another error message regading the URL, certificate seems to be working fine.

Are their setting within admin that I need to enable or should it be fairly straight forward with server URL, Password and username all that is required to be entered on the app?

Sorry for wasting the forums time, it turns out that the password was incorrect, how embarrassing is that!
