Hi,

after upgrade to the latest version I am now blocked.

Filter:
Ups, you are banned. There's a filter that locks you out so you can't see the Chat Widget. You can remove the filter under: LiveZilla Operator Console -> Filters (Shield Icon)

Spam protection disabled, Do not track disabled, the filtertable is empty

MySQL lieferte ein leeres Resultat zurück (d.h. null Datensätze). (Die Abfrage dauerte 0.0001 Sekunden.)

Any Ideas what is to do?

Thanks
Stefan

Hi,

this should help:

1.) Delete all filter from mysql table as explained above
2.) Remove all (LiveZilla) cookies in your browser

Cheers

Hi Dave,

Some more details:

1.) Please empty the MySQL table "filters" from the LiveZilla MySQL database
2.) Remove all (LiveZilla) cookies in your browser

Hope that help.
