Hi there

We got an email request with a PDF file attached. I downloaded the file and it had a size of 0KB and was empty.

Fortunatelly we copy all incoming email quests so I was able to check the original email and it contained a valid, working PDF with 110KB

This week we received other emails with attached PDFs and they were available in Livezilla so I don't know why this single one wasn't.

Is there anything I can do/check to find out the root cause and help fix it?
As said: it's in livezilla and I found it in the DB so it's there. I just don't know why its empty when downloaded. Attached the attachments DB entry.

Thanks,
Sandro

Hi Sandro,

Is your LiveZilla installation up-to-date? If not, please update.

Can you reproduce the problem using the same file?

Hi Patrick

Yes installation is up to date and it happens with this file only as far as I can tell or better with this source code of the email.
However, it's sensitive so I can't upload it here. Is there any why we could handle this?

Sandro

Hi Sandro,

We need to reproduce the problem in order to fix it.

If this happens again with a file that is not sensitive, please let us know.

Thanks.
