i updraded to 7.0.7.0
and now my chat widget is gone.
I need to downgrade to 7.0.6.

If anyone could give a downgrade tutorial would be great

- I tried to just copy paste the 7.0.6 installiong files, but a lifezilla massage says that is not possible to change database from 7.0.7 to 7.0.6 :(

no I did not

I think I screwed then.

I will do a fresh new instalation of version .6 , no problem.
Next time I will do that.

Anyhow, suppose I did have that backup. How would the downgrade process go?

For dedicated server without graphic interface panel:

Backup:

documentroot folder (example):
tar -zcvf livezilla.tar.gz /var/www/html/livezilla

database (example):
mysqldump -p dbname > dbname.sql

Recovery:

documentroot folder:
tar -zxvf livezilla.tar.gz -C /var/www/html/livezilla

database:
mysql -p
show databases;
drop database livezilla;
create database livezilla;
Exit from MySQL (Ctrl+C), navigate folder with dbname.sql backup file
mysql -p livezilla < livezilla.sql

If you have cPanel for example:
Backup.
file manager -> archive folder with LiveZilla installation
phpmyadmin -> backup Livezilla database.
Recovery.
file manager -> delete all in folder with LiveZilla installation -> unzip archive that you have created to this folder.
phpmyadmin -> delere all tables in Livezilla DB -> import backup of Livezilla database.
