hello livezilla,

Is there an option to disable the automatic sending of mail, when creating a ticket, only on a specific group or email address?

Indeed, when we use the "" function to create a ticket directly when the mail arrives. An email is automatically sent to the client.

You will understand that this can generate loops

Hi,

Unfortunately, you can't deactivate it on group level.
