We can not download attachments

Hello LiveZilla,

We have a problem.
We can not download our attachments in our tickets.


The action on the "Download" button does nothing.

We also try to transfer the message to our inbox.
When forward, the .pdf file appears in the attachments.

But when we receive the message, there is no attachment We are on the latest version of livezilla,

+ The user has good permissions to download files.

Hi,

This issue may indicate a problem with your file permissions.

The ticket attachments will be stored in the "uploads" folder. Please correct chmod and check if incoming attachments are stored in this folder.

Hello,
chmod is correct for all folder
files attachement are stored in the "upload folder and we can download by ftp. We can read all files.

BUT We can't download file in ticket attachement
