Hi

I see in the next update to 7.0.7.0 that there is going to be a ticket web interface for customers, would you be able to elaborate on this point at all? I am wondering how this might work and if it would provide sort of a front end portal to customers to view and track ticket requests that they have made?

We are using 7.0.7.0 already and our reply to your request will include the link so you can have a look.

I have seen it working on my test ticket but when i try to implement it on my own server the %ticket_history% does not save, am i doing something wrong?

Did you upgrade to 7.0.7.0?

If yes, where did you add the %ticket_history% placeholder exactly?

Hi Patrick

Yes i have upgraded, i was placing in in a group under language but it was not saving, i have come to it again this morning and it is saving fine, i have also realised that you have to add it to the HTML and the Plain Text responders... It's a nice feature and i quite like it :-)

An option to reply to the ticket from the ticket web interface will be added in one of the next updates.
