We have a request on the permissions at the level of visitors tchats?,
There are only 2 permissions:

1 - "Allow the user to see all website visitors", the problem is that users see visitors from all the sites of the livezilla server (GROUP1 / GROUP2 / GROUP3 ......)

2 - "The user can see visitors who chat with him", the problem is that the user must wait for the client of his site to launch a chat to see it in the "VISITOR" tab, so he can not Use the "chat invitation" feature.

How do I allow a user to see visitors, only on his own buttons?

Hi,

There's no button related visitor visibility setting but LiveZilla includes URL based visitor filters on group level:

User Management -> Group -> Visitor Monitoring

Your solution is not working.

1 - I put a button on the site xxx.com

2 - I only allow user A on group xxx

3 - I give the permissions to the user A > "Monitoring" > "operator can see visitors he is chattings with"

4 - On group xxx, I go on Visitor Monitoring and I give white list "http://xxx.fr"

When I connect with my user A, and I run 3 to 4 pages of the site xxx.fr I do not see anything in the "visitor" tab.
The user is still obliged to wait for a chat, to see the visitor appear

I just modified the visitor permissions monitoring to "Operator can see visitors he is chatting whit" and the filter for the indicated url works perfectly.

thank you very much :)
