Problem with using the API ticket message

Hello Livezilla,
We block on the creation of a message with the "ticketmessage" API,
We first create the ticket and we retrieve the number in a variable:

Code :
$obj = json_decode($server_output);
$varid = $obj->Ticket->Id;



The ID number of the ticket is in the variable $ varid However, how do we inform our variables in the message creation API? Here is the problem:

We have a 500 error ...
