Know the agent who deleted an email

Hello Livezilla,
We have a small request for logs at the operator level. Do you have a procedure or solution to find out which agent has deleted a message in livebox livebox emails?

Example:
- A mail arrives in the inbox.
- Agent X directly deletes this email (without creating a ticket)


How do I know if Agent X has deleted the ticket?

Hi,

We know about this problem. Currently there's no log but we plan to add a "deleted" list with all emails of the past 72 hours including an option to restore deleted emails in one of the next updates.

We will also show the operator name on this list.
