In Livezilla, is there an option to show a automatic welcome message for a new visitor after X amount of seconds? For example after 10 seconds the popup overlay chat should show "Hello, feel free to look around our site, please let me know if I can help you making an order".

I so, where would it be?

But there appears to be something wrong. Even after I set it up, it does not work as in even after 60 seconds as set in the settings, nothing happens on the page with the livezilla live chat. Here are my settings: The rest of the settings which are not shown, are left default.

Please note that the support for LiveZilla 6.2 has ended.

If you have problems with this release, consider an update to 7.x.

Thanks.

Ok, I have upgrades to 7.X, same settings but still not event getting triggered. Is there something wrong with my settings? The issue remains after upgrading.

Hi,

Thanks for the clarification. Same conditions as shown on the screenshots?

- 60 seconds on website
- visitor was not in chat before

Yes, that is correct. I now even removed the "visitor was not on chat" condition and it still does not work. Now its just 60 seconds on the website.

Hi,

Does it fire when you remove the 60 seconds config?

Ah, yes it fired when I removed it.

But why doesn't it work with a 60 second condition?

Do you have visitor monitoring activated? It's required for these kind of timing events.

We recently fixed an issue with the on-site time within the URL-condition. Updating to 7.0.5.0 (will be available by the end of this week) should fix it.

Ok, I will wait for that. Would I have to re-install everything on the server too with this update?

You never have to re-install everything. :)
