Technical error with my livezilla

I am using livezilla 6.2.0.0


I am facing an issue with an operator that when a new customer tries to contact him, sometimes it lags and it doesn't ring on the operator's computer, despite when I see it from any other computer, I see that there is a customer trying to contact him, and it's added to the archive as missed call


when this problem appear this operator has to re-login from his computer.


there is also another issue appear to the same operator, that the chat lag from the operator computer, the customer send to us a message the operator hear the sound that the customer is sending to him a message, but actually he gets nothing.


I have tried to re-install windows and format the computer, the same issue exists
