I've updated server from 6.x to 7.x and then installed newest Linux client app and I noticed that on recent KDE, LiveZilla application's tray icon stucks in "yellow chat bubble" state even there's no reason. History: login to client app - no queue, no tickets, nothing -> tray icon normal. Then I leaved the seat for a while and in meantime had 1 customer trying to request 4 chats. All timeouted like 30 mins before I returned, yet the icon was in "bubble" state like there's pending request. And I wasn't able to reset it back to normal logo other than quit and relaunch or to go offline/online cycle which forces tray icon refresh
