Hello LiveZilla,

We have a problem, it is impossible to edit the tickets since our migration in LiveZILLa version (Version 7.0.4.1).

Is this bug known? How to solve it?

other : We never see in the detail of a chat the website name and the search string ?

Hi,

You can edit the ticket details using the blue pen icons on the right hand side.

The option to edit the actual message has been removed as it causes confusion. If you need to add some information, please use comments for that.

Forgive me but I do not see a button to edit the body of the message.

It's very important for us to edit message.
For example you type
Petrik Kil
and you can't change by Patrick Keil in the message.

As I said, you can change the name and all other details.

You can't change the message body.

Changing the message body makes no sense, it's just confusing so better use comments for that.

Changing body message have a sense.
I explain
You receive a call
You create a ticket
message is :"M. Assonance May you call back M. Patik Kil on 99.99.99.99 "
You save your message
But you have make some mistakes
right message is
"M. Benoit, May you call back M. Patrick Keil at home on 99.88.99.88 80 on thuesday morning"

Now it's impossible to make that.

Again, this option and indispensable for our operators and collaborators, have you can be a solution to reactivate the edition of the message body?

Knowing that the edit button is still available on our interface how could we reactivate it?

We currently don't plan to re-integrate this function.

Please use comments to add corrections to existing messages.
