problem with email ticket system

Hey so i am trying to receive tickets. I could send one but i cannot receive the reply. I have received one message from facebook but that is it. I've already configured everything as said:
  • If you have changed this previously, please make sure that the ticket system is enabled under:
    Server Configuration -> Tickets
  • Configure mailboxes for incoming (IMAP or POP) and outgoing (SMTP) emails under:
    Server Configuration -> Emails
  • Configure your groups accordingly under:
    User Management -> Groups -> Group -> Tickets

Hi,

The facebook API is down atm, there's a bug confirmed but still not fixed.

However, emails should work fine, did you check the logs?

Well i only see something of june 3rd:
log error

i reïnstalled the whole thing, but same problem
