I have many "public" entries in Knowledge Base, but Chat BOT doesn't search in Knowledge Base. Maybe I have missed something in settings for Chat BOT?

Every time the same message:
I am sorry, I did not find any resource matching your question. Please try a different search phrase or leave a message.

Ok, I have found out. Each entry should be edited with checkbox "Chat BOT can use this entry.......".

But it is a problem... We have 2600 entries :)

How to put this settings on whole folder?

You may want to use a MySQL query for that.

Something like:

UPDATE resources SET kb_bot=1 WHERE type=1

That would set all HTML entries to bot public.

Note that this table also holds ticket attachments, so always set a type:

0 = Folder
1 = HTML Resource
2 = links
3,4,5 = files (don't set these public)
