Dear Lz Team,
Today we faced the issue that only a few of the available operators (members of different groups) were available in the selection list of operators which can be invited to a client chat. What could be the reason for this? The operator accounts have the same settings etc.

Hi Patrick,
Can I fwd you some Pics via PN? The problem still persists and is a problem for us since not all available operators even if they are in the same group cannot be invited to a customer chat.
In addition to that we faced an issue with the user account status. Some of our operators still were shown as available and online in LZ but they already left and the PC was already shutdown.
