Ticket system cannot get and send e-mails anymore after update

Hi!

Few hours ago I updated from version 7.0.3.1 to 7.0.4.0, and now I cannot receive and send tickets anymore. I already checked the e-mail configuration and everything is just like before update, but the "Test" button does not work. I got a javascript error: "Invalid XML: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in objects.mail.inc.php on line 563"

Hi Fabio,

there's an incompatibility with older PHP versions. I guess you are on 5.3 or older right?

You can either upgrade to a newer PHP release or wait for 7.0.4.1 coming later this day.

I updated my PHP to version to 5.6 and the ticket system is working again. Thanks!

Oh, and the special characters (accented) issue is over too!
