Which placeholder can I insert in the text of the message regarding the ticket's opening date?
%mailtext%

--------------------------------------------------
From: %external_email%
Date: ????? (not %localdate%) ---> ticket opening date
Subject: %subject%

Hi,

What's wrong with localdate? :)

The name might be misleading but it should give the right date.

Cheers.

I need the date of creation of the ticket or the receipt of the email.

The user wants to see the date of the previous message in the reply and not the current date (%localdate%). Like the header of an email received by an email client.

I need the date of creation of the ticket or the receipt of the email.
Which is exactly what I get in my test.

Since we are talking about an autoresponder, the date is always pretty much "right now".

We use livezilla to respond to user email integrated with the ticket.
The reply can take two days, when replying the ticket manually the user wants to receive the date of sending his email.
