Remove %ticket_hash% messages by ticket

How to remove the % ticket hash% at the end of all messages sent to the client by email (ticket)?
I removed the text in the configuration (Texts and emails) Group Manager, but continue inserting.

Hi,

The hash is required for the ticket system to allocate replies, means you can't remove it.
