Here I come with another bug in the last 48 hours of kicking the tires of Livezilla 7.
A Feedback link is included in e-mails and it can be filled multiple times. This could be a bug or "feature" so I think it's best to have an option somewhere that allows/disallows multiple feedbacks per chat/ticket.

Please note that this not a bug and we don't have plans to make this configurable.
However, the amount of feedbacks (chat or ticket) will be limited to 3 per day and user in LiveZilla 7.0.4.0.
