I just installed the Windows client and it automatically rebooted my computer without asking permission. It caused a lot of problems because I lost some unsaved work.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), if this makes any difference.

Please do your best to avoid rookie mistakes like this in the future. It's embarrassing!

I'm sorry for the inconvience. We know about this issue and will provide a fix for this soon.

We did a decent amount of test installs on different machines including Win 10 PRO 64 Bit but we never had to restart.

This is not a general issue and we would not have released it if this occoured in our tests.

I am thinking maybe it was because I didn't have the MS redistributable thing installed, so when Livezilla installation called it somehow it went into non-interactive mode and assumed a reboot was allowed.

As long as it's fixed.
