Dear LZ Team,

Currently it is possible to route incoming chat requests to only one operator (load balanced) or to all which is a very good feature (Server Config > Chats > Chat Distribution/Routing) . Since we are using different groups it would be nice if this setting could be done on group level means:

Incoming chats related to group "Product 1" should be routed to one operator but incoming customer chats connected to group "Product 2" should be routed to all available operators.

Is this something which can be implemented?
