Hi,

I can't reproduce this problem in LiveZilla 7.0.3.0.

install.xml, received through POP by Zend Framework.

Feel free to provide some more details.

I'm using IMAP and PHP IMAP Extention. I'll test your settings at my end and could you please do the same?

I just did, it works.

If you think it's related to your XML file, feel free to send your file to test@livezilla.info and we will check it.

Btw. is there any specific reason why you use the PHP IMAP class?

Switching to ZEND should fix the issue right away.

To be honest we have a few issues with the tickets and tried IMAP to see if it would fix the issues. This was one of them and the message body not coming through was another which is unfortunately still happening on some tickets. The body text gets put into the attachments which is really strange :/

I will switch it back.

Unfortunately, both, ZEND and PHP Imap have some out of the box issues. PHP Imap was meant to be a replacement for the ZEND framework component but it turned our that it's actually worse in terms of compatibility.

We decided to remove the PHP Imap interface in one of the next updates and focus on the ZEND component where can fix issues easily once we know about them.

We just fixed some more compatibility issues for 7.0.4.0.

Thanks for the info I appreciate the explanation. I have switched our mailbox's back to ZEND and the files are coming through fine now. We still have the message body text issue but our staff know to check the attachments area if this happens so it is having less of an impact.
